Group Courses

The muffins and the cream will already be pre-made. We will fill the muffins with a core of fruit compote and color the toppings (cream). Using a variety of nozzles (piping bag attachments) I will show you different techniques on how to create unique flowers.

My Story

A story about the love of flowers and baking!

Since I was little, I've been picking flowers, marveling at them, and sketching them for paintings. I also grew up with four sisters, which meant, that there were many birthdays to celebrate. Since I was always the one who baked the birthday cakes, it did not take long for me to combine the two passions.

​

After perfecting the decoration of my cakes, it was time to improve the taste as well. The result of the many years of experimentation that followed are my very own recipes, of which I am very proud.

​

In my studies, I learned how I could manage my own business.

 

Ollesbakery was born! And now you can either share my enthusiasm by taking an Ollesbakery class.

​
